» ACTIVITY – Everyone is busier than they expected to be in the first quarter of 2008. There is a slight increase in contract enquiries which suggests that companies are still being cautious about aspects of the economy.  

» MEMBERSHIP - Corporate membership applications continue to increase.  Amongst other things, many agencies we speak to say they want to improve the services they offer to their clients in 2008.

» ADVICE LINE - We answered 810 enquiries from Members in February.  

» TRAINING - We are very busy and were fully booked for January and February.
